Why we exist
Managers hear about 2% of their calls.
Most sales managers hear a tiny fraction of their team's calls. Between pipeline reviews, forecasting, and a dozen open deals, a manager who listens to a handful of calls a week is still only sampling around 2% of what their reps actually say. The other 98% goes unheard.
So coaching becomes guesswork. Managers coach the calls they happened to catch, the deals that blew up loudly, or the reps who ask for help. The quiet misses stay invisible. Calliper exists to close that gap by measuring 100% of the calls, not a lucky sample of them.

What we believe
Every rep deserves to be coached from evidence, not vibes. A rep should be able to see exactly where a call went sideways, hear the moment the objection landed, and know what to do differently, without it depending on whether a manager happened to be listening.
We believe measurement is a form of respect. When feedback is specific and grounded in the actual call, it is fair, it is teachable, and it holds up. That belief is the whole reason Calliper exists.

A score should trace back to a specific moment in a specific call. If we cannot show our work, we do not ship the number.
Privacy-first
Call data is some of the most sensitive data a company owns. We treat it that way, by default, not on request.
Coaching over surveillance
Calliper is built to make reps better, not to catch them out. The output is a plan to improve, aimed at managers who want their team to win.
Plain honesty
We say what the product does and what it does not do yet. No hype, no inflated claims, no manufactured urgency.
A calliper is a precision measuring instrument. It is what you reach for when a ruler is not close enough, when the difference between good and right is a fraction of a millimeter and you need to know it exactly.
