What we collect
When you request a demo or pricing we collect the details you submit: name, work email, company, team size, and any notes. If you become a customer, call recordings and transcripts are processed solely to provide the service you configure.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used to respond to your request. Customer call data is used only to produce scorecards, flags, and analytics for your organization. We do not sell personal information, and customer calls are never used to train models shared with other customers.
Retention & control
Customers control retention windows, storage region, and redaction rules for their call data. Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and can be deleted on demand.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and audited. Enterprise plans include SSO/SAML and a signed DPA.
